Course Description
This unique two-in-one course combines Piano Unit 4 and an enrichment course called Teaching Strategies (formerly The Art of Teaching). Both courses can be registered through SAA." Both courses can be registered through SAA.
Book 4 will explore the best ways to present the material for the Suzuki students' well-trained ears and eyes. Teachers will be thoroughly educated on the analysis & technique of each piece as well as the important pedagogical ideas necessary for presenting the music to the students.
Teaching Strategies offers an additional 10 hours of a hands-on "mini-practicum" where participants have the opportunity to show videos of their own teaching and practice on students while receiving constructive feedback from Caroline Fraser.
